Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all physical products purchased on https://matmb.cyou and is provided by Prezzi Convenienti, in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, which guarantees consumers the right of withdrawal (also known as the right to reconsider).

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return any purchased product without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the seller does not properly inform the customer about this right, the withdrawal period may be extended up to 12 months.

2. How to Return a Product

Returned products must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all original accessories, packaging, and documentation. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost and organization of the return shipment.

3. Refunds

Once the returned goods or proof of shipment have been received, Prezzi Convenienti will issue a refund for the full purchase amount, including standard initial shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days. Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods or proof of shipment have been received.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetic products).
  • Digital content, if the download has already begun and the consumer has agreed to waive their withdrawal rights.

5. Return Costs

Unless Prezzi Convenienti agrees to cover them, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The seller must clearly inform the customer who will bear these costs before the purchase is made.

6. Withdrawal Form

Customers will be provided with a standard withdrawal form to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, the decision to withdraw may also be communicated by other means, such as via email to our support team.

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective or does not match its description, customers are entitled to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

These return conditions apply throughout the European Union and must be clearly communicated before the purchase is made. Prezzi Convenienti includes this information as part of its Terms and Conditions of Sale to ensure transparency and compliance with EU consumer rights.
